Looking for experienced horse person to lead horses Therapeutic Riding Facility.

Must be at least 16yrs

Must have horse experience

Must be able to walk in sand for up to 1 hour at a time.

Must be willing to take a leader test on site.

Must have dependable transportation

Must be available every Friday in June and July

Description

Herd of Hope Equine-Assisted Therapies is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization offering equine-assisted therapies and activities to a wide range of child, adolescent, and adult participants with physical, cognitive, behavioral, and/or emotional disabilities. As a member of the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship, International (PATH), Herd of Hope complies with the high caliber standards set forth by the organization.

Therapeutic riding programs are offered Monday - Friday. We also offer a broad array of equine-facilitated learning programs, including workshops, field trips, camps, and corporate programs.
