Family Eldercare's Lifetime Connections Without Walls is looking for a volunteer to facilitate 30 minutes of Brain Aerobics, a trivia based session to encourage brain stimulation, for our isolated homebound older adults.
You can volunteer from home or work using your own telephone. All you need is a reliable phone line, internet connection, and background noise free space.
Donate 30 minutes of your time every other week (Every other Friday 1 to 1:30 pm CT)
Training and Support provided. Background check required (Texas ID needed to complete background check)

Description
Family Eldercare is a nonprofit agency that has been providing services to older adults, people with disabilities, and their caregivers in the Austin, Texas area since 1982. Programs and services include: housing and stability, in-home counseling, guardianship, virtual activities for isolated older adults, service coordination, and our annual summer fan drive.
