We are looking for special people willing to sit at the bedside of a person making their transition from this life to the next. Our goal is to train ordinary people with a heart for others into an extraordinary group of individuals who sit with the dying....so no one dies alone. You will be a part of a wonderful group of Volunteers who go through a training class that will prepare you for this life changing experience. Each volunteer must attend a Volunteer Training Class, Have a 2 step TB test, Drug Screening, Criminal Background Check and we offer a Hep B vaccination which is optional ~ all at no cost to the volunteer. Once you have finished training you will choose the days and hours that you volunteer. Hope to hear from you.
