Fundraising/Volunteer Writer opportunity.
Center for Social and Rural Development Inc (CSRD Inc) is looking for passionate, motivated and reliable volunteers to provide Fundraising and Writing assistance. The CSRD Inc is seeking your assistance with brainstorming marketing strategies to promote on-going initiatives; developing and organizing fundraisers; researching potential sponsorships for financial support of CSRD Inc programming; identifying, writing and submitting grant proposals.
Our mission is to empower, educate the children to build a better and more conscious society, and enlighten the community through educational programs, Environmental issues, and organize a multi-purpose project to involve the community and sensitize local people about the Health & Hygiene problems. , while providing opportunities for individuals and organizations to constructively give back to community members in need. With your support, the CSRD Inc will continue to make a major impact in the lives, families and communities in the Mathare Slums and Rural parts of Kenya.

The establishment of the Center for Social and Rural Development, Inc
The establishment of the CSRD indicates an intention to share the work of CSRD more widely, to attempt to disseminate and promote its approach to the benefit of a wider group of people - both practitioners and organizations.
By forming ourselves into a Center for Social and Rural Development we are bringing to the communities a resource to help rural people and communities develop their practice, nurturing in them a developmental, and therefore transformational, way of understanding the world and intervening in it.
