Treasures of the Collection Exhibit

The Lace Museum is a small all-volunteer, non-profit museum devoted to the art of lace-making and the preservation of the skills and the lace. The collections manager is currently documenting the collection of more than 10,000 articles of clothing and lace. A costume historian is needed to assist in this project by analyzing and dating garments and assisting to date lace using knowledge of style trends over the last 400 years. If you are volunteering for class or school/college credit please let us know in your first email or phon conversation with us.
