For more extensive diagnostics, LVIM has a network of participating ancillary providers who volunteer their facilities and professional time at no charge to LVIM or our patients. This is leading to a reduction in hospital visits for non-emergency events and unnecessary admissions due to untreated chronic conditions. Additionally, LVIM offers a full-service pharmacy that fills around 30,000 prescriptions a year and their Prescription Assistance Program secures almost $3 million worth of brand-name prescriptions for patients at no cost!

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and ensure accurate dosage and labeling according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans and monitor treatment. outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of medication inventory, transactions, and patient profiles.
• Assist with medication donations, inventory management, and expiration date checks.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in the United States.
• Prior experience working as a pharmacist.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy software systems and electronic health records (EHRs) systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, healthcare professionals, and volunteers.
