Responsibilities Provide patient appointment and procedure scheduling over the phone and in person. Utilize our electronic health records (EHR) software to ensure appointments are made according to specific provider preferences and ensure appropriate time slots are allocated. Answer patient questions, provide instructions, and ensure a positive patient experience. Resolve scheduling conflicts, patient requests, or other challenges professionally using critical thing and problem-solving skills to find appropriate solutions. Contribute feedback for process improvement to enhance scheduling efficiency and improve overall patient satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with patients. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and schedule appointments efficiently. Attention to detail, ensuring accurate scheduling. Willing and comfortable learning our patient electronic health record (EHR) computer system. Respect for patient privacy and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Accurately relay important patient information to the attending provider for timely and efficient medical decision-making.
