Like talking to people and sharing resources that can enhance their quality of life?

At Ride Connection, we're passionate about helping older adults and people with disabilities get to the places they need - and want - to go. Transportation is a basic human need, and you can help people get connected!

Last year alone, Ride Connection and its network of service partners provided over 500,000 rides in the tri-county area and taught more than 250 people how to use public transportation. About two-thirds of Ride Connection drivers are volunteers!

By representing Ride Connection at community events, resource fairs, and other places in your neighborhood, you can open doors for people who need transportation, as well as potential supporters and volunteers.

Today and every day, Ride Connection provides transportation options to individuals in need. From older adults to people with disabilities to low-income individuals and underserved communities, we provide essential transportation such as door-to-door rides, community shuttles, and one-on-one public transit training. By giving people the means to get around, we offer independence, health, and inclusion. Our services bring together friends and family, prevent social isolation, alleviate financial stress and create new connections that strengthen our community. Ride Connection remains committed to providing inclusive transportation options for all individuals in need in Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties. At Ride Connection, we believe that mobility equals independence.
