If you enjoy interacting one-on-one with people, Pathways Hospice & Palliative Care is looking for friendly, compassionate volunteers to provide companionship and support to terminally ill patients in our care.

Our well-trained volunteers work alongside our professional staff and are a vital part of the care and comfort we provide.

Companion volunteers provide social interaction to patients who live in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities or private homes. They listen with an open heart, play music for patients, read aloud, accompany patients during facility events, take them outside or simply hold their hand.

Hospice volunteering is a rewarding way to make a positive difference in your community, plus gain new skills and knowledge. If you are looking for a few volunteer hours each month or each week, we'd love to talk with you!
