As our Social Media Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our digital presence, crafting narratives that resonate with our audience, and driving engagement that furthers our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute our social media strategy, keeping it aligned with organizational objectives.
- Track and analyze social media KPIs to gauge success.
- Curate, schedule, and manage compelling social media content.
- Continuously evaluate and refine our social media campaigns for better reach and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and integrate best practices.
- Efficiently utilize social media marketing tools for content scheduling, analysis, and engagement.
- Monitor user interactions, ensuring responsive and engaging communication.
- Network and collaborate with industry professionals and influencers for mutual growth.
- Provide actionable feedback to refine our digital strategy.
- Ensure our social media platforms adhere to guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure cohesive and engaging content.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a social media-centric role.
- Adept at leveraging social media for brand amplification.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and analytical tools (Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Discord, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit).
- Basic grasp of SEO concepts and web traffic metrics.
- A knack for audience-centric content and engagement strategies.
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and collaborative skills.
