House Volunteers: Office Aide

Receptionists work with families and visitors to ensure that their needs are met. Volunteers will also help support the administrative staff by assisting with office work and various computer-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests
• Check families in and out
• Answer phones
• Complete data entry and other projects on Raiser’s Edge
• Other projects and light office work as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal skills - with staff, families, other volunteers, and donors
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs as they arise

*All other necessary training will be provided!

Time Commitment
