International Professors Project (IPP) is a Volunteer Driven 501(c)(3) Public Charity Organization. In general, the mission of IPP is to advance higher education in less developed countries. We serve developing world Professors, Students, NGOs and Universities.

Invited to apply are graduate students, active professors and scientists-- and semi-retired and retired professors and scientists.

Following Positions Available:

A) Internet Researcher

• Proactively conduct extensive internet searches and/or research on various environmental topics

• Respond accordingly to instructions and/or guidance given

• Search for potential partners/clients and/or other candidates to expand the organizational network of contacts

• Miscellaneous duties, as required

Qualifications

• Must conduct internet research on Google (knowledge of Boolean modifiers is desirable)

• Must have time management and multi-tasking skills

• Knowledge/background in environmental science

B) Project Coordinator

• Responsible for overseeing the workflow of projects. This includes, but is not limited to, developing project schedules, coordinating file transfers

• Works closely with other volunteers and staff to assure that projects are output to the correct specifications

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients/partners and/or other candidates involved

• Review and evaluate proposals and requests

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computers and different application programs (Microsoft Office)

• Highly organized with good communication skills

• Experience in project management and problem solving skills

• Knowledge/background in environmental science
