kittens
We need to help abandoned cats and kittens find forever homes.

Every Saturday, the Humane Society of McCormick County brings cats and kittens to the Petco Store in Aiken from 11 am to 3 pm. More hands make less work for everyone and the better customer service we can provide, the more cats and kittens we can show off and hopefully adopt out.

Stop by and see us Petco in Aiken or you can email us at HSMC2000@gmail.com to find out more.

About Humane Society of McCormick County, Inc.

Location:

PO Box 900, McCormick, SC 29835, US

Mission Statement

The Humane Society of McCormick County was formed to help McCormick County, South Carolina residents and animals. The HSMC is comprised entirely of volunteers whose mission is to prevent cruelty to animals, to provide shelter and care for lost and unwanted animals, to implement educational programs and services, to place animals in humane environments, and to promote responsible pet ownership including spay and neuter. The HSMC is always looking for dedicated, animal-loving volunteers.

Description

The Humane Society of McCormick County is an all-volunteer, no-kill animal rescue. We are the sole source of animal care because McCormick County has no cit or county-run shelter, or veterinarians. We are completely depend upon local donations and private grants to support our efforts to save the lives of homeless dogs and cats in our community. We are a non-profit so donations are tax-deductible. We offer a low-cost or no-cost spay and neuter program for any dog or cat in our county in an effort to humanely reduce the number of unwanted and abandoned dogs and cats.
