Wildfires are devastating communities across California, causing more than 300,000 people to evacuate their homes and threatening many more. The Camp Fire in Northern California -- one of three blazing across the state -- is the most destructive in state history. We want to ensure that, if you are in an affected community, you find access to shelter. And if you are looking to help with disaster relief efforts, you know the most effective ways to contribute.
Become a part of the memories that have changed the lives of patients and their families.
Volunteers are essential members of our dedicated team. We are committed to providing care to our patients so that they may be pain free & die with hope and dignity.
Individuals of all types are needed to create the unique bond that occurs between the volunteer and the patient. And you will enjoy learning from the vast experiences and colorful lives of our patients and their families.
We serve patients in a variety of settings in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. Visits can be made at your convenience, close to home, and at your location of interest- such as a nursing home, a private home.
