Volunteering Opportunities:

1. School Projects: You can engage in teaching, training, or assisting students from kindergarten to secondary level from the age group between 3 to 16 years old. This includes subjects such as English, Math, and Science, as well as extracurricular activities like sports, dance, music, and ICT. Our schools are located in Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Solukhumbu, offering a diverse range of experiences and interactions with students of different age groups and backgrounds.

2. Disability Center: As a volunteer special needs volunteer, you will help disabled children by learning, dancing, playing games and helping their caretakers with daily tasks and chores. Do you want to put a smile on these children’s faces? Then this will be an incredible experience for you. At our center in Kathmandu, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with disabled children. This involves providing therapy, preparing engaging activities, offering basic health education, supporting academics, and providing general care. Your role here can make a significant difference in the lives of these children and their families.

3. Women's Center: Our women's center, based in Kathmandu, focuses on empowering women through education and skill-building. You can contribute by teaching English reading and writing, mathematics and accounting skills, basic computer education, and conducting workshops on women's rights and health issues. Additionally, you can organize recreational activities, health checkups, and other initiatives to promote holistic well-being.

4. Buddhist Monastery: For those interested in cultural exchange and education, volunteering at Buddhist monasteries in Kathmandu Valley, Pokhara, and Salleri offers a unique experience. You'll have the opportunity to teach English and Math, engage in creative activities, and sports with the monks. This immersive experience allows for personal growth while contributing to the educational development of the monks. Living at the monastery is a truly unique experience that can bring with it some amazing views.
Living life side-by-side with the monks and engaging in simple ritual life is definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity!
