Brighton Hill Scout Group are looking for a volunteer to manage our existing team of volunteers!
Brighton Hill Scouts is a well established group who have a Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorer sections and approximately 40 + volunteers.
This role will involve keeping in touch with the volunteers, reviewing their roles and training needs. In addition to helping recruit new volunteers to the group.
As part of a volunteering team you will:

- Add to your CV and have the opportunity to gain qualifications
- Make a difference and give something back to your community
This role would suit someone who has experience as a Line Manager or has worked in HR or Recruitment but this is not necessary.
You will be a good communicator, organised and someone who is wanting to support the young people in the community but in a role that can be carried out in your own time rather than on a week to week basis.
You don’t need to have been in Scouts before, either - it’s fine if you’re completely new.
