ORGANIZATION: Amedisys Hospice

Compassionate Care Hospice is seeking dedicated veterans to join us in honoring fellow veterans receiving hospice care in Lake county. Our mission includes providing special Honor Ceremonies for our veteran patients at their residences, recognizing their service and sacrifice.

We are looking for veterans who can participate in these meaningful ceremonies. No prior experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Our volunteer can make a difference in many ways to improve the life of patients who are facing a life-limiting illness. From direct contact with patients to providing clerical support, the volunteer is an important part of our hospice care team. At Amedisys, we offer comprehensive training and creative ideas. people helping people. that is what giving to hospice care is all about. As a Hospice volunteer and as an important part of our Hospice Care Team, you can help improve the quality of life of our Patients, as well as their family and caregivers.
