JOB SUMMARY

The Random Acts E-Commerce Coordination Specialist plays a key role in fundraising for Random Acts. Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, they ensure that all commercial elements of fundraising are properly integrated with the Random Acts website and that content follows current SEO strategies. The E-Commerce Coordination Specialist works with both the Fundraising and Creative teams at Random Acts to establish and maintain online shops. The person in this role is expected to provide flexibility and may be asked to collaborate with other departments within Random Acts, or support special events as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initial Store setup and customization that is consistent with RA website style.

  • Responsible for product uploads to websites including descriptions, tagging on Printful, alt images, and checking for accuracy.

  • Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and records of financial transactions for the organization.

  • Track and document Key Performance Indicators for regular reporting to the manager.

  • Partner with the Creative Department to plan site enhancement.

  • Maintain regular communication with the Fundraising Manager, promptly reporting any significant issues or concerns.

  • Support the Random Acts team in the planning and organizing of special fundraising initiatives.

  • Participate in regular staff and departmental meetings.

  • Collaborate with the rest of the team as needed.

  • WordPress, Divi theme with Woo commerce setup and customization experience, for non-profit org

  • E-commerce configurations, Print-on-Demand integrations experience preferably Printful.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS FOR VOLUNTEERS

  • Excellent computer skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both inside and outside the organization.

  • Well organized, attention to detail, and target date-oriented.

  • Tactful, creative, and enthusiastic, with the ability to positively motivate others.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility concerning work schedule to accommodate evening and weekend meetings and events.

  • At least 1 year of E-Commerce experience. (Printful preferred)

  • Understanding of marketing principles and SEO techniques

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.

  • Familiarity with different currencies, shipping methods in multiple countries, and GDPR.

This role requires remote working. Applicants must have regular and reliable access to the internet, as well as the motivation to dedicate their time to the organization.
