We are looking for experienced, skilled and passionate individuals to join our team!

The Human Resources Administrator has a diverse set of responsibilities, including maintaining volunteer data, designing & implementing new processes within the foundation, updating data procedures, and reviewing and writing descriptions for new roles within the organization, among other duties. This position reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer.

General Responsibilities & Duties of Administrator:

  • Collect and maintain all HR data, including volunteer records, new volunteers, organizational structure, and onboarding/offboarding candidates
  • Research and resolve HR data input discrepancies or missing data; escalate unresolved issues to appropriate personnel
  • Review and write volunteer descriptions as needed
  • Gather, track, and compile data for HR or Operations metrics reporting; distribute reports to relevant personnel in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
  • Review volunteer and HR data, ensuring accurate input into relevant HR databases
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
  • Optimize and recommend new data processes and systems for better efficiency
  • Analyze, implement, and maintain standardized HR reports and metrics
  • Analyze data and statistics to identify trends in recruitment practices, turnover rates, and other HR-related areas
  • Create, introduce, and update the Project Management Platform for the organization
  • Ensure all records are up-to-date, including volunteer team assignments, Slack profiles, documentation, OPT paperwork, and other relevant information
  • Perform additional relevant duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills with the ability to work with multiple Google Suite applications (Docs, Spreadsheets, Gmail)
  • Prior experience with research, data management, data analysis will be preferred
  • Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbal and written, with internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner; ability to communicate in multiple languages preferred
  • Time management is key. Organizational skills are a MUST .
  • Good communication skills.
  • Approachable and must carry in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

By providing home remodeling, clean energy and technology for families with limited resources we believe it will open doors to the green economy.
