The Academic Support and Service Department is committed to fostering an inclusive environment that empowers students to achieve their fullest potential. The department offers comprehensive services, including mentorship programs, monthly webinars and workshops, academic coaching, and expert advising. Workshops and seminars focus on skill-building and personal development, such as resume workshopping, cover letter building, and interview help. Academic Interns are expected to have a commitment for student success and empowerment. Interns will assist in event coordination and planning, leading webinars and creating informative presentations, finding and implementing opportunities that will enhance the academic success of our members. By continuously collecting feedback and tracking performance metrics, the department refines its programs to meet evolving student needs. Academic Interns envision a future where every student has the resources and support to excel, creating a brighter and more equitable future for all.
