Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Content Advisor to develop and execute our content strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation and management, SEO, and digital marketing. They will be responsible for analyzing market trends, creating high-quality content, optimizing for search engines, and measuring performance to drive continuous improvement. Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills are essential. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize content impact and achieve measurable business results

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Draft compelling and engaging content for Yuvoice social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X and more (for instance, captions for TikTok and descriptions for YouTube videos). Create content that resonates with Yuvoice followers and users to drive engagement.
• Content Planning and Strategy: Develop content plans and strategies aligned with Yuvoice's marketing goals and objectives. This includes identifying key themes, topics, and messaging strategies to effectively communicate Yuvoice's mission and values to our target audience. Work with social media managers to update and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and management of online (and offline) campaigns to promote Yuvoice's initiatives, fundraising efforts, and community engagement activities.
• Audience Engagement: Create content that not only attracts new followers and users but also retains existing ones. This involves understanding the interests, preferences, and needs of Yuvoice's audience and personas and tailoring content to meet those requirements. Monitor engagement metrics and feedback to continuously optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
• Quality Control: Ensuring that all content produced meets high-quality standards is essential. Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Ensure that content aligns to Yuvoice's brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
• Content Distribution and Promotion: Develop strategies for effectively distributing and promoting content across various channels, including social media, email newsletters, website, and third-party platforms. This involves working with SEO and SEM specialists to leverage SEO techniques, social media advertising, and influencer partnerships to increase visibility and reach.
• Content Performance Analysis: Work with data analyst to track and analyze the performance of content to assess its effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Regularly monitor key metrics such as engagement rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and audience demographics to evaluate the success of content initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications
