AREAS of RESPONSIBILITY

This role is responsible for managing the organization's presence on social media platforms, engaging with online communities and influencers, and providing weekly analytics and monthly reports on media presence and trends.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

Possession of a degree in a relevant field.

3- 5 years previous work experience in a similar role.

Have a high comfort level with social media platforms

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), organisational and interpersonal skills.

Display a high level of attention to detail while being able to work well under pressure.

Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical and achievable plans.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This role involves managing the organization's presence on social media platforms, mainly focussing on LinkedIn and our website, including posting on blogs and integrating content into social applications. The position requires serving as the main contact between Greenstand and its online communities, engaging with advocates and influencers to promote dialogue. Responsibilities include providing weekly summaries of social media analytics and regularly sharing insights with the team, as well as delivering monthly reports on media presence, trends, opportunities, and challenges. Additionally, the role involves adapting the media strategy as needed to maintain relevance.
