We are a non-profit organization and ministry that provides new, complete,
full-size Bibles FREE of cost to introduce people to a relationship with Jesus Christ.
BluShues provides free Bibles to both individuals and organizations.


Description:
We are seeking an experienced volunteer Chief IT/Web Officer to lead and manage our
IT and web operations. As the Chief IT/Web Officer, you will be responsible for
overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our IT systems and
web presence. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure that our Lead
the IT and web team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT
systems and web applications.

Qualifications

  • A genuine commitment to the Christian faith and alignment with the values and mission of BluShues, Inc.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
    field is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software,
    networking, and security.
  • Experience with web development and management, including knowledge of
    web technologies and best practices is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data security and privacy regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management and IT budgeting is preferred but not
    required.
  • Familiarity with non-profit operations and the unique IT needs of non-profit
    organizations is a plus.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or similar are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading an IT team (in
    a non-profit or similar environment is preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and strategic approach to IT
    challenges.
  • Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to maintaining
    data security and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

BluShues, Inc. primarily accomplishes this purpose by providing new, full-size, free Bibles to individuals and organizations. Providing free Bibles provides ministry, education, and literary resources to those in need (the poor, distressed, and underprivileged) and to those who are curious about God or Bible.
