BluShues Inc. is a non-profit organization, and ministry, dedicated to distributing free Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the transformative power of Volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message of hope and faith. Responsibilities: ● Assist the Chief Fundraising Officer in overseeing advertising efforts within the ministry. ● Identify and suggest advertising opportunities aligned with BluShues' mission and goals. ● Solicit funds from potential donors and partners through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. ● Assist in organizing and coordinating events, including planning, logistics, and promotion. ● Collaborate with the social media team to develop advertising campaigns and materials. ● Maintain contact databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. ● Track funds raised and prepare reports on advertising activities for senior leadership. ● Provide support to volunteers and staff involved in fundraising initiatives. Person Specification: ● Passionate about BluShues' mission and committed to supporting advertising efforts to further its goals. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with donors and partners. ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach. ● Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative advertising strategies and concepts. ● Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. ● Integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards in fundraising practices. ● Previous experience in advertising, customer relations, or a related field is preferred but not required. Qualifications and Competencies: ❖ Bachelor's degree /College Diploma in nonprofit management, fundraising, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred but not required ❖ Knowledge of fundraising principles, techniques, and best practices. ❖ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracking and analyzing fundraising data. ❖ Experience in organizing events, including planning, logistics, and promotion is preferred. ❖ Understanding of donor cultivation and stewardship strategies is a plus. ❖ Ability to represent BluShues professionally and effectively communicate its mission to potential donors and partners. ❖ Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of fundraising and nonprofit management preferred but not required

About Us: BluShues is a Christian non-denominational ministry that is on a mission to make Bibles available to everyone in printed format. We are a new non-profit organization that provides new, complete, full-size Bibles FREE of charge to the poor, distressed, underprivileged, and those with intellectual curiosity or who want to increase their knowledge. BluShues provides free Bibles to both individuals and organizations. DESCRIPTION: Works in a team of Bible Shippers in the United States. Key Responsibilities: Prepares packages for Bibles to be shipped in the United States. Ships Bibles at U.S. Post office up to 3 days a week. Records Bibles shipped. Qualifications: A genuine commitment to the Christian faith and alignment with the values and mission ofBluShues, Inc. Must have a background screening. About Us: BluShues is a Christian non-denominational Organization, and ministry, that is on a mission to make Bibles available to everyone in printed format. We are a new non-profit organization that provides new, complete, full-size Bibles FREE of charge to the poor, distressed, underprivileged, and those with intellectual curiosity or who want to increase their knowledge. BluShues provides free Bibles to both individuals and organizations. Key Responsibilities: Researches complex topics in the Bible to make recommendations to the Board. Recommends best practices based on the Bible. Leads monthly 1-hour fellowship (1 pm EST, 2nd Saturday, monthly) Leads weekly 30-minute Prayer meetings (1 pm EST, Saturdays) Ministers to Volunteers in need, as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: Believes God came in the flesh and His name is Jesus, Yeshua, or other historical variation thereof. Believes the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are One. Saved, baptized in water, and baptized by the Holy Spirit. Spends time in prayer and seeks the Lord diligently. Called by God to Minister or be a Pastor.
