ORGANIZATION: Kenner University

As Kenner University begins to usher in a new era of Christian education, the new President is in search of a Volunteer Education Consultant who can provide guidance in current acadmemic and operational strategies that support institutional growth and development. The Volunteer Educational Consultant must have experience and qualifications in the following areas:

Experience

  • Assessment and Institutional Effectiveness
  • Education technology
  • Faculty management and professional development
  • Knowledge of various accredition agencies and the preparation of accreditation preparation
  • Leading, coordinating university strategic planning and curriculum development
  • Management of key metrics for the institution (e.g., new student enrollment, student recruitement, persistance/retention, new programs/program roll out, etc.)
  • Compliance with federal, state, and accreditation body standards and regulations.

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in managing academic operations at the department and university level.
  • Demonstrated strategic leadership, planning, organizational manasgement,change management, and process improvement skills.
  • Outstanding writing and communication skills.
  • Advanced financial expertise in accounting, budget planning, and financial forecasting.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate strong, collaborative, and trusting relationships.

Kenner University is an non-profit 501(c)3 institution that offers low cost undergraduate and graduate programs to students abroad. Kenner is a faith based institution whose mission is to make disciples of all nations through curriculum and programs that have a Christian foundation yet are also industry aligned to the skills needed in the marketplace.

At present, Kenner University offers two Associates Programs, four Bachelor's programs (BSBA), and an MBA with plans to expand the MBA program offerings.
