This position supports the National Headquarters (NHQ) Information Technology (IT) department.
The UiPath Developer supports the Red Cross mission by contributing their software engineering talent and practical experience to support internal software development and support efforts, specifically on projects requiring UiPath expertise
Responsibilities:
- Meet with project manager and other stakeholders to determine Robotic Process Automation (RPA) needs
- Create timelines and development goals
- Design, code, and implement UiPath RPA applications
- Test the stability and functionality of the application
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Work with technical writing/training resources to provide documentation needed for application customers
Qualifications:
Required:
- 2+ years’ professional experience as a UiPath developer
- 2+ years’ experience in either .Net or Java programming
- Experience with Git, Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, Slack, or similar collaboration tools
- Ability to understand business processes across functions
- Process modeling experience using MS Visio or related tools
- Experience in database configuration, writing SQL queries, and troubleshooting
- Ability to troubleshoot high-level software and application issues
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to comply with current public health and Red Cross policies
Preferred:
- UiPath Certification (Certified RPA Associate or Advanced RPA Developer)
- Experience leveraging AI tools within UiPath
- Experience with DevOps / collaboration tools such as Git, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
- Product delivery within an agile methodology framework
