Come join a creative team of Asian cinema fans dedicated to exhibition and appreciation of Asian film culture in all its forms. For the 23rd edition of the New York Asian Film Festival (NYAFF) taking place from July 12-28 at Film at Lincoln Center and the SVA Theatre in New York City, we are looking for festival volunteers!
Volunteers will have the opportunity to attend screenings in exchange for their essential part in making the festival happen.
Volunteer responsibilitiesGreeting and actively interacting with guests at the venue's front desk
Selling festival merchandise and distributing tickets for special guests
Handing out and collecting raffle tickets and opinion surveys
Crowd control and ushering
Running microphones for Q & A events
Answering guest questions about screenings and show times
Light cleanup after receptions
A minimum commitment to work three full shifts (approx. 15 hours in total)

The annual New York Asian Film Festival (NYAFF) has been presented in collaboration with the Film Society of Lincoln Center since 2010. Now entering its 20th year, NYAFF is North America’s leading festival of popular Asian cinema.
