This position supports the Nationval Headquarters (NHQ) Grants Compliance & Agreement Administration team in the International Services (ISD) Business Operations (OPS) department. This is a 100% remote (volunteer-from-home) position. This role will provide expert advice and guidance on Safeguarding policies. You will help socialize revisions, adapt mobilization tools, and train staff regarding policy and incident management. The position may assist National Society partners by reviewing and providing input to their own draft Safeguarding policies and formalizing a process for referring American Red Cross grant recipients to resources supporting policy development and adoption.
