Position: We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors. Board members play a crucial role in guiding the strategic direction of our organization, ensuring accountability, and driving positive change in the lives of youth and families in our community.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with fellow board members to establish and review the organization's mission, vision, and strategic goals.

· Provide oversight and guidance on financial matters, including budgeting, fundraising, and resource allocation.

· Contribute expertise and insights in areas such as governance, marketing, or community engagement.

· Act as ambassadors for ACYR, advocating for our mission and building relationships with stakeholders, donors, and community partners.

· Attend and actively participate in board meetings, committee meetings, and other organizational events.

Qualifications:

· Passion for youth empowerment and community development.

· Previous board or leadership experience in nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, or related fields is recommended but not required.

· Expertise in areas such as finance, fundraising, marketing, governance, IT, legal or program management.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
