4. Sales Target Achievement:

   • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

5. Negotiation and Closing:

   • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.
   • Close sales deals and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.

6. Market Research:

   • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
   • Provide feedback to management on market developments and customer needs.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

   • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
   • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

8. Team Collaboration:

   • Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve company objectives.
   • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the relevant industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
