I never met the managerial staff and I could not find a reliable phone number to speak to them. I was invited out to volunteer twice and both times I found an empty food pantry. When I contacted them, I was responded to by two different people from two different emails and they both gave me two different locations to come to. Lastly, they do not communicate if the hours of volunteering change. They did not even apologize for not communicating that they were closed when I went to volunteer last week. I am not sure if this place is a scam but I would like for my information to be retracted from this organization.
I do not live in Hiram so going there twice was a big waste of time. I would not recommend it to anyone.
