Help others and Be their Sunshine when their skies are Gray.
Gentiva Hospice of Dayton is looking for compassionate and caring people to volunteer to visit and provide companionship for hospice patients. Our patients love having visitors, and your hour or two or more will brighten a patient's day!
Looking for Volunteers to hold and hand, share a story or listen to a few, talk, read, play music or games, or just share time together quietly.
Flexible Schedule. Gentiva will work with your schedule.
No special skills needed. Just people skills (Listening/communication and relationship building).
Orientation and training provided.
Must be at least 18 years old. Driver's License Required.
TB testing, Fingerprinting and drug screen (At Gentiva's Expense)
