SEEC is looking for 3-4 patient, caring, and flexible volunteers to come out and participate in a gratitude event with adults with disabilities. SEEC’s main mission is to allow adults with developmental disabilities to live, work, and thrive within the community. The event’s purpose is to teach the importance of giving thanks to friends and family within the person we support’s life. In the future, we would like to repeat the experience and include people in service or populations that might need encouragement. The volunteer would be responsible for helping with the following:

  • Create gratitude card templates.
  • Help with spelling or penmanship.
  • Pass out glue or necessary materials.
