Are you ready to make a difference in a child's life this summer? East Side Learning Center (ESLC) invites you to become a part of our Summer Excel program-a dynamic, four-week initiative dedicated to helping students in grades K-3 maintain and enhance their reading skills.

As a volunteer, you'll be directly involved in our engaging three-hour morning sessions designed to prevent the "summer slide" and ignite a passion for reading in young minds. Here's what you can expect:

• 45 Minutes of One-on-One Reading Tutoring: Provide personalized support and witness firsthand the joy of a child improving their reading abilities.
• 45 Minutes of Reader's Theater: Help bring stories to life as students perform and develop their literacy through creative expression and teamwork.
• 45 Minutes of Active Literacy Games: Engage children in fun, educational games that reinforce their reading skills while keeping them active and excited.
