Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Web and Digital Content Administrator to take ownership of our website, publish online events, assist with newsletter distribution, and develop an online learning portal. Proficiency in Ukrainian is a plus, as our site is bilingual. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee website functionality and implement upgrades for adaptive, responsive design.
- Manage and publish online events, and assist with distributing newsletters via Wix.
- Ensure bilingual content (English and Ukrainian) is effectively supported.
- Develop and implement an online learning portal.
- Manage and organize Zoom files post-events, including chat logs and audio/video files for migration to the learning portal. Experience with video file hosting services for large files is a plus.
- Collaborate with communications, training teams, and the tech support lead on website enhancements.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience with HubSpot and SendPulse is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Technical proficiency in web development and maintenance.
- Proficiency in using Wix.
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices. - Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
- Experience with large video file hosting platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency with Zoom for managing event files.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Ukrainian is a plus.

Description
First Aid of The Soul (FAS), a 501c(3) nonprofit, launched in March 2022, was formed in response to Russia’s full-scale invasion against Ukraine. A global collective of over 500 professionally trained mental health experts was mobilized to offer accessible mental health and psychosocial support services to Ukrainians, through trauma-informed, holistic, and creative approaches.
