First Aid of The Soul (FAS), a 501c(3) nonprofit, launched in March 2022, was formed in response to Russia’s full-scale invasion against Ukraine. A global collective of over 500 professionally trained mental health experts was mobilized to offer accessible mental health and psychosocial support services to Ukrainians, through trauma-informed, holistic, and creative approaches. https://www.firstaidofthesoul.org/ We are seeking a dedicated Online Learning Coordinator/Developer to create and manage our online learning portal, including organizing and migrating event files. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement an online learning portal. Manage and organize Zoom files post-events, including audio/video files for migration to the learning portal. Collaborate with training teams and tech support on portal enhancements. Qualifications: Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms. Experience using Amazon Web Services/G-Suite/large file hosting platforms. Experience with video editing software. Proficiency with Zoom for managing event files. Proficiency with Wix. Fluency in English; knowledge of Ukrainian is a plus. Key Competencies: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee website functionality and implement upgrades for adaptive, responsive design. Ensure bilingual content (English and Ukrainian) is effectively supported. Collaborate with communications and tech support teams on website enhancements. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Qualifications: Technical proficiency in web development and maintenance. Proficiency in using Wix. Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.
