This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and ensure end-to-end project deliverables aligns with business goals and objectives
• Streamline communication and delegation of tasks to subordinates
• Liaise cross-functionally with Committee Leads (IT, Marketing) to seamlessly optimize project direction
• Assist with the supervision, evaluation, and quality control of design processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in leading a team
• Transformational leader with the ability to effectively motivate and inspire subordinates
• Highly proactive and conceptual thinker with the demonstrated aptitude to understand and apply organizational context to design principles
• Familiarity with UX/UI and graphic design principles
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and Google Workspace
