With a strong background in financial analysis and a deep commitment to empowering emerging adults, I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to join Empowered Futures as a Financial Analyst. My experience in developing and managing complex budgets, coupled with my proficiency in advanced Excel functionalities and financial software, aligns perfectly with the responsibilities of this role. In my previous role as Head of Administration for the Art Troupe at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China, I honed my skills in collecting, interpreting, and summarizing financial data from various sources. I successfully developed detailed budget plans and conducted variance analysis to support informed decision-making. This experience has equipped me with a keen eye for identifying trends, patterns, and potential financial risks or opportunities.

I would love to help because I know someone who suffers from bipolar disorder, I know how hard it is and I really want to help others.

I am particularly interested in the Backend Software Developer volunteer position as it presents an opportunity for me to utilize my technical skills and experience in an organization that shares my dedication to supporting young adults during their transition into adulthood. My proficiency in programming languages like Java, C#, and JavaScript, coupled with hands-on experience in developing full stack applications using technologies such as React.js, Node.js, and Spring Boot, make me well-suited for this role. Furthermore, my previous involvement as a WASH Technical Engineer at INTERSOS has provided me with valuable experience in the non-profit sector, where I collaborated with a team to successfully design and implement sustainable infrastructure projects. Building upon my background as a Peer Tutor and Student Assistant, I am eager to contribute my expertise to empower and assist emerging adults in their personal and professional growth.
