Meals on Wheels volunteers deliver noon meals to older adults and people with limited mobility in the Saint Paul area. You can volunteer solo, with a friend or family member, or with a work or community group for a 10:30am-11:30am shift on a weekly basis. Routes typically take an hour or less. Many openings are available for either downtown or non-downtown St. Paul routes. Open to age 18 and older. Mileage reimbursement is available.

Responsibilities include utilizing your own vehicle to pick up meals from our location and dropping off at community members' homes. Join us and support the well-being and independence of your neighbors!

*Note: We have had an influx of new recipients, so we have several openings for volunteer drivers.

Current openings:

• Volunteer to fill our Friday non-downtown route from 10:30-11:30am
• On-call volunteers to drive on a substitute basis as needed Monday to Friday between 10:30am-11:30am
