Donate Essentials is an international youth-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are currently recruiting interns for our 2024 Summer Internship!

This program is designed for individuals who are passionate about supporting the causes of nonprofits, while having experience in the fields of finance and management. Interns will have the opportunity to explore and contribute to different forms of fundraising, including in-person fundraisers, virtual fundraisers, partnerships, and grants. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Form closes June 1st. Time Commitment
  • 10-15 hours per week
Expected Tasks
  • Work with the Chief Financial Officer to organize and manage fundraisers
  • Research and brainstorm fundraising opportunities
  • Explore and apply for nonprofit grants
Eligibility
  • High School
  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable in using digital communication tools and platforms as this internship will be conducted remotely
  • Access to reliable internet connection

Description

We started during the COVID-19 pandemic by sewing masks and we have expanded to over 9 states with over 100 volunteers. Currently, we are working on our blog and our programs.
