AS A MENTEE, WE EXPECT YOU TO:
- Actively participate in one-on-one mentoring sessions through our mentorship platform.
- Identify and set personal and career goals with your mentor.
- Proactively seek advice on developing your professional skills, building confidence, and overcoming personal challenges.
- Be open to receiving and acting on feedback from your mentor to foster continuous improvement.
- Take initiative in utilizing the resources and guidance provided by your mentor.
