AS A MENTOR, WE EXPECT YOU TO:

• Provide one-on-one guidance and support to mentees through our mentorship platform
• Provide career advice and assist mentees in exploring their career paths, goal-setting, and developing their professional skills.
• Teach mentees to build confidence, develop problem-solving skills, and proactively navigate through personal challenges.
