Mission Statement

"To educate and inform our local youth community of healthy ways to cope with mental distress. We allow for one another to feel safe and connected by providing an outlet for those suffering in silence."

Description

We are a youth-led non-profit in Hillsborough County, FL, dedicated to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health in teens. We are primarily online and serve the community through our website where you will find over 40 resources, hotlines, community centers in Hillsborough County. Most recently, we have updated our website and are continuing to add new programs and features, such as a soon to come parent portal. In the past 2 years, we've had over 40 student graphic design interns to help us create infographics and posts for our Instagram. Additionally, we've been able to start a chapter at Sumner High School with over 25 students and are looking to form more in other Hillsborough County high schools. We have been featured on ABC Action News, and Fox News 13 most notably. Lastly, we have recently earned a generous grant which is allowing us to expand our efforts and increase the opportunities we offer to students!
