Description

Mental H2O is a youth-led non-profit organization based in Hillsborough County, FL, committed to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health among teens. We are primarily an online platform, serving the community through our comprehensive website, mentalh2o.org, which has over 100 mental health resources, including hotlines, articles, videos, and more.

In the past two years, Mental H2O has engaged hundreds of student interns and volunteers who have contributed to the creation of impactful mental health infographics and media content. These efforts have significantly amplified our reach and effectiveness in promoting mental wellness.

One of our proudest achievements is the establishment of the first Mental H2O chapter at Sumner High School, where over 50 dedicated students actively participate in our initiatives.

Our work and impact have garnered attention and recognition, with notable features on ABC Action News and Fox News 13. These platforms have helped us share our message with a broader audience, raising awareness and support for our cause. At Mental H2O, we are passionate about empowering teens with the knowledge and resources they need to navigate their mental health journey.
