ORGANIZATION: HIGHWAY TO DESTINY

Highway To Destiny serves the homeless in St. Louis by providing food, clothing, hygiene items and other
resources to assist them in transitioning into communities.

We currently have an opening for a Board Secretary to join us through the rest of 2024, with a possibility
of serving another year. The candidate will send out the agenda for monthly meetings, take notes
during meetings, send out meeting minutes in a timely manner and perform other secretarial duties.
The candidate should attend the majority of the meetings, be able to speak English fluently and
live in the St. Louis area.

Mission Statement

HTD's mission is to serve the homeless in St. Louis by providing food, hygiene items, clothing,household items and other resources.

Description

HTD was formed in 2009 and we have our bylaws in place. We have hosted a few fundraisers and we are on the move. Our current program is called
Drops of Love. With this program, we provide care bags for a different homeless recipient each month. Our next endeavor is to provide a transportation
program that will provide rides to and from work for clients during the week. HTD's goal is to provide basic necessities, transportation and housing
services for the homeless in St Louis and surrounding areas.
