Mentor Requirements
- Have experience as a STEM professional
Complete a background check and training
Meet with your mentee for an hour at least 2x per month
Attend the kickoff & celebration events

ChickTech is dedicated to advancing diversity in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) by increasing retention and building the pipeline of underrepresented technologists, with a focus on women, girls, and gender diverse people of all ages.
Description
Since 2012, ChickTech has reached 35,000 people and counting. We empower our multi-generational community to see themselves as leaders by providing networking, professional development and mentoring opportunities.
Although our primary focus is the tech industry, we aim to increase the number of women and gender-diverse people who aspire to join the big beautiful world of STEM, while creating a strong sense of belonging and support to keep them there.
