Job Summary: Training and Development Officers are responsible for training new T.R.O.O.P.S. members and providing ongoing training and skill development. They ensure that all members are well-equipped to carry out their roles effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing T.R.O.O.P.S. members.
• Provide ongoing training and skill development opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Report to the CSO on training outcomes and member development.

Qualifications:

• Experience in training and development.
• Strong organizational and instructional skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to the mission of PSCO.
