Role Description:

As a Curriculum Writer, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive educational materials and curricula focused on promoting health and happiness within our community. Your role involves designing engaging and evidence-based content for workshops, classes, training programs, and other educational initiatives. You'll work closely with our team to identify learning objectives, develop instructional materials, design interactive activities, and ensure alignment with our organization's mission and goals. Your curriculum will empower individuals to make informed decisions about their health and well-being, ultimately contributing to a healthier and happier community.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in curriculum development, preferably in health education, wellness promotion, or related areas.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and research in areas such as physical health, mental health, nutrition, fitness, stress management, mindfulness, and overall well-being.
  • Experience in instructional design, with the ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively in written materials.
  • Familiarity with educational frameworks, standards, and assessment methods to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the curriculum.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts, educators, and stakeholders to gather input, feedback, and insights to inform curriculum development.
