Location: Fully Remote, preferably based in Ontario however Alberta and BC are OK

Term: Preferably Someone looking to be with us for 2+Years

Hours will vary: 6-8 Hours a week

Responsibilities:

As the Director of the Integrated Service Delivery Branch at [Organization Name], you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the seamless delivery of our healthcare services across various programs and initiatives. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will lead a team dedicated to ensuring that our mission of health equity is realized through efficient and effective service delivery.

  1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement Business Plans for the Integrated Service Delivery Branch in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Provide visionary leadership to drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery processes.

  1. Team Management:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of program managers, coordinators, and support volunteers

- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values diversity and promotes professional growth.

  1. Program Oversight

- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare programs, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor program outcomes and performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  1. Partnership Development:

- Support the Development Department from an Operations Standpoint to Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies to enhance service delivery and expand reach.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify emerging needs and opportunities for program development.

  1. Financial Management:

- Manage the budget for the Integrated Service Delivery Branch, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.

- Monitor expenditures and revenue streams, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

  1. Reporting and Evaluation:

- Prepare regular reports and presentations on program performance, outcomes, and impact for senior leadership, the board of directors, and external stakeholders.

- Conduct periodic evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of service delivery initiatives and inform strategic decision-making.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, public health, business administration, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, program management, or related roles, with a proven track record of leadership and achievement.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial management, and project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
