Join Echelon: Empowering Young Professionals to Make a Difference!

Are you a young professional in San Diego looking to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career? Look no further! Echelon is a vibrant network of emerging leaders dedicated to career growth, leadership development, and community engagement. We provide a supportive platform for you to connect, collaborate, and contribute to the local community.

What We're Looking For:

  • Passionate Leaders: Ages 21-40, who are eager to tackle pressing social issues such as homelessness and food insecurity through volunteer service.
  • Board Members: We are looking for members to join our board group and help steer our mission forward.

What We Do:

  • Echelon: We meet every other month for volunteering, fundraising, and/or networking events
  • Volunteering: Example volunteer events: Serve food at our monthly community BBQs, assist in our food pantries, help at events in our family shelters. Make a tangible difference in the lives of those facing homelessness and food insecurity.
  • Fundraising: Help raise funds for essential programs like back-to-school supplies for kids and senior nutrition initiatives. Your efforts will directly support those in need.
  • Socializing: Programs may include group hikes, professional headshots, and mixers. Build lasting relationships with like-minded professionals while having fun!

Commitment:

  • Events: Commit to attending at least four events per year.
  • Recruitment: Help us grow by recruiting new members and posting on social media.
  • Membership Fee: Just $25 to join.
  • Holiday Bell Ringing: Participate in our festive Holiday Bell Ringing event.
